Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and related costs.

The watch, packaging, and included materials must be returned unworn, unused, and in good condition.

Conditions: The item must be unworn and unused, with all tags, protective films, accessories, and original packaging.

Refund: Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
